Payment Information: To process payments, we may collect payment details, which are handled securely by third-party payment processors and are not stored by us directly.

Images and Media: With your explicit written consent, we may capture, store, and use images or videos of clients for agreed purposes. Consent is documented through your Service Agreement and may be withdrawn at any time.

Usage Data and Analytics: When you visit our website, we automatically collect information such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages viewed to improve our website and services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, manage, and improve our support services

  • Process enquiries and service registrations

  • Fulfil obligations under your Service Agreement

  • Manage billing and NDIS-related payment processing

  • Communicate with you about your supports and care

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including those under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

 

3. How We Share Your Information

Bellarch Support Pty Ltd only shares your information as described below:

With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party providers who assist in delivering our services (e.g., payment processors, scheduling platforms). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may only use your data as necessary to fulfil their obligations.

With Consent: We may share images, testimonials, or other information only with your explicit written consent, for use in promotional materials, social media, or our website. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Access and Correction: Request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time. We will respond to access requests within 30 days.

Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for the use of your images or personal information in promotional material at any time by contacting us in writing.

Complaints: If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to make a complaint. See Section 10 below for how to do this.
